Athlete Cancellation

Please Note:

As per the terms of your agreement, we require written notice at least 28 days notice prior to your account renewing in order to process a cancellation. By using our services following the start of your renewed training term, you are agreeing to your agreement being extended for the duration of the term.

If you are requesting cancellation within the current term, you must pay us the remainder of what is owed, as set out on the first page of your Contract.

By processing your cancellation request, you agree that your debit payments will remain for four more weekly billing cycles. During this time, we will complete your final training block and provide you with exit testing. Once your cancellation request is received, you’ll get an email from Shean who will confirm your request.
