In episode two of the VBT series with Train With Push we explore the utility of wearables in providing immediate feedback on the athlete's bar speed, and, as a derivative, their power.  In our experience, providing augmented feedback gives athletes the opportunity to focus on parameters that most affect performance: speed, power and explosiveness. For competent athletes with a higher training age, objectifying bar speed has helped them stay hungry and chase the 1%'ers in the gym.
