20 FEBRUARY 2022 — Athletes Authority athlete Ky Rodwell signs an extended contract with the Parramatta Eels till the end of the 2024 season.
Bega NSW born Ky Rodwell has secured an extended player contract for the Parramatta Eels till the end of the 2024 NRL season. After his debut in round 25 of 2021 against the Penrith Panthers despite breaking his hand and continuing to play.
Ky joined the Athlete Development Program in April of 2021, looking to improve his strength and speed for the upcoming NRL season. Ky worked with Brendan and the team on strength, speed and technique, whilst creating muscle memory patterns. One year later; Ky feels more athletic and confident in his performance, and excited for the months ahead.
Parramatta General Manager Mark O’Neill commented on Ky’s commitment to pre-season training and remarked on his future in the club as his best games are ahead of him.
